Massimo started his career with Atlas Copco Spa as a Business Line Manager in 2001. He has a marketing and sales background bringing to the company strategic analysis, marketing and business development.
An opportunity to be the Vice President of Marketing in Atlas Copco Rental came up before becoming the General Manager in Italy for the Atlas Copco group for multibrands (more than 8 brands). In 2012 he became Regional General Manager for the Middle East and North Africa region for Construction Technique , handling around 13 countries. Currently Massimo is in Australia as Regional General Manager for Construction Technique.
He has a long experience of local business and organisational development, customer relationship management and service development as well as with global product marketing and strategy.
Massimo believes that "There is always a better way," and is excited in taking the business to the next level.
